TheBit Bike (known as theNanobike in the British English version) is a small-sizedoutside driftingbike that appears inMario Kart Wii. It resembles achopper with a pair of vented exhaust pipes. The emblem is located on the sides of the bike. Itskart counterpart is theBooster Seat. The Bit Bike is one of the seven vehicles to exhibit a slight design change besides a palette swap between characters. The other ones are the Booster Seat,Flame Runner,Wario Bike,Shooting Star,Spear, andPhantom. In this case, theMii's Bit Bike has its exhaust pipes positioned lower than the others.

This and theBooster Seat are the only vehicles in the game with a speed stat of less than thirty, and it and theQuacker are the vehicles in the game with a weight stat of less than twenty; it is the only outside drifting bike with a weight stat that is less than twenty.

TheStandard Bike inMario Kart World is redesigned to resemble this bike and theZip Zip.

Stats[edit]

Speed:25/80
Weight:18/80
Acceleration:59/80
Handling:67/80
Drift:40/80
Off-Road:56/80
Mini-Turbo:62/80
Vehicle type:
Drift

The Bit Bike possesses the best handling in the game. Additionally, it also has great acceleration (the best not only among the starter vehicles, but also among the outward drifting bikes), off-road andMini-Turbo stats, as well as average drifting. However, it is the slowest vehicle in the game, as well as the second lightest vehicle in the game, surpassed only by theQuacker in this aspect. As such, it not only struggles to keep up with other vehicles, but it is also easily pushed around by heavier vehicles. The Bit Bike also has outside drift and is the lightest outside-drifting bike in the game. Notably,Baby Mario's Bit Bike has the best handling in the game.

The Bit Bike's medium counterpart is theSugarscoot, while its large counterpart is theWario Bike. The Bit Bike's off-road is tied with that of both theDolphin Dasher and thePhantom. Its mini-turbo is tied with theMach Bike.

If Koopa Troopa or Dry Bones ride the Bit Bike, it will pass theBullet Bike's default mini-turbo stat by one point.
