Big Polterpups are a variant ofPolterpup found in thePolterpup Mode ofScareScraper inLuigi's Mansion: Dark Moon andLuigi's Mansion 2 HD. TheLuigis must cooperate and capture all Polterpups, but a Big Polterpup occasionally is found instead. Big Polterpups have 100HP compared to the 50 HP of normal Polterpups. As with normal-sized Polterpups, they always drop aGold Bar when they are defeated.
