Balloon Burst is a 2-vs-2minigame inMario Party 2 andMario Party Superstars. In the former, it can be bought fromWoody for 50coins.
Overview[edit]
In the sky, each team stands on a metal platform with pumps on the front and aBowser balloon behind. Each team uses their pump to inflate the Bowser balloons, with the goal of popping theirs first. Players can pump more air by pushing it down until it turns bloated red and then repeat the action. The height of the Bowser balloon indicates how much air has been pumped. When the balloon is about to burst, its face changes and, inMario Party 2 only, turns red. The first team to burst their balloon wins, though if neither side does it on time, the minigame ends in a draw.
