Axem Pink is one of theSmithy Gang'sAxem Rangers who appears inSuper Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars and itsremake. She is the only female Axem Ranger of the five, as well as the only female member of the Smithy Gang. Like all of the other Axem Rangers, she wields a small axe in combat. Additionally, Axem Pink has the lowest attack andHP of the group and can use recovery magic to heal her allies, likePeach. The remake further alludes to her similarity to Peach in her Monster List bio, which states that she considers herself the "princess" of the group. Axem Pink also knows the spellPetal Blast, which can transformMario and his allies intoMushrooms.

After an Axem Ranger is defeated by Mario, they give an excuse for not being able to fight anymore. Axem Pink's excuse is "My makeup's running!"Axem Red's response is "Then change brands!" This was later referenced with her Machine Made version'sthought in the EnglishSNES version (in the remake, it is retranslated to her complaining about how she had not been painted yet).

Like the rest of the Axem Rangers, Axem Pink is later fought as a mass-producedMachine Made clone in theWeapon World.
