Archies (fire)[1] are enemies fromDonkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze and its Nintendo Switchport and member of theSnowmads. They are almost identical in appearance to theirnamesake, only being colored red instead of navy blue. Furthermore, they use the same attack technique, but are less common.
Archies (fire) usually tread back and forth slowly (with some being completely stationary), having a focused look on their target. At regular intervals, they raise their bow to shoot a flaming fish bone, which travels on a straight line and breaks upon contact with a wall. Unlike the fish shot by regular Archies, these fish bones cannot be stomped on, damaging theKongs upon contact.
Archies (fire) themselves are harmful to touch directly, but are vulnerable to any of the Kongs' attacks, such as stomping, rolling orbarrel tossing. InScorch 'n' Torch, a stationary Archy (fire) is crushed by aFlaming Falling Totem Pole.
