Anant[1][2][3] is a type of enemy inSuper Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins. Ants appear in only three levels—theLeaf Course of theTree Zone and theManhole Course and theFlower Course of theMacro Zone. Ants continuously walk from side to side and march into enemies to deal damage. In Manhole Course,Mario visits an ant nest, which features numerous ants with varying abilities, includingChikunto,Goronto, andDokanto. A standardjump or afireball is enough to defeat an ant.
