1-2-3 Dice Blocks are a specialDice Block appearing inMario Party 9 andMario Party 10. They are green Dice Blocks that only allow the player to roll a one, two, or three. 1-2-3 Dice Blocks can be obtained by landing on aSpecial Dice Block Space, aToad House, or on aSpin Space (Mario Party 9 only). The 1-2-3 Dice Block can be useful ifMini Ztars or hazards are ahead.
