**Listed rates are available to qualifying business customers purchasing new service for an eligible U.S. location or limited international locations. Rates require minimum purchase as listed and a 60-month term commitment. Monthly rates include listed features and exclude a one-time set up charge, applicable monthly usage, optional add-on products and services, and taxes and fees, which are all additional charges. Early termination fees will apply as set forth in customer’s service agreement. Customer must remain in good standing and monthly rate may terminate if customer changes account in any manner including, but not limited to, their service location. Services not available everywhere. Lumen may change, cancel or substitute offers and services, or vary them by service area at its sole discretion without notice. Credit approval and deposit may be required. Additional restrictions, terms and conditions apply.

The fixed monthly per-line rate includes customer premises equipment (CPE), installation, backup connectivity, monitoring and maintenance.
Yes. The service includes Private LTE backup with 2GB of data and options for expanded data plans. It also supports LTE failover to back up service.
The package includes an analog telephone adapter, an LTE router (4G or 5G) and an uninterrupted power supply (12-hour standard, 24-hour optional).
Yes. Customers have access to a 24/7 online portal for visibility and management of their systems.
Yes. A site survey and installation are part of the service. Advanced project management and RF deployment expertise are available as optional add-ons.
