Community Consultation - Night Skies

We will be doing consultation work for Night Skies.
We would like to have our streetlights turn off during the hours of 12am - 5am, and we want to know what you think!
 

How Hill Trip

(4th March 2025)

Last Friday, Long Stratton Youth Activities took the young people on a free trip to How Hill for a night walk!

We trekked through the marshland, were greeted by a swan and tested our night vision with some white card and coloured crayons.
 

We looked at the stars and the visible planets whilst learning about constellations.

At the end of the trip we all enjoyed some tasty hot chocolate before hopping back on the minibus to Long Stratton.
