  We conduct at least six 30-minute technical interviews daily, with over 30 sessions at peak times. Each interview takes ~13 minutes of preparation and post-interview data entry into our internal pipeline. The objective of the project was to streamline these processes, reducing time spent on repetitive and often monotonous post-interview tasks.

The objective of the project was to streamline these processes, reducing time spent on repetitive and often monotonous post-interview tasks.
  
  This project achieves this by,
  
  » Centralizing all the interview questions
  » Giving the interviewer the opportunity to:
  ✓ Select interview topics based on the candidate's background or target cohort.
  ✓ Randomize the question on the selected tech stack making sure that the difficulty level is balanced
  ✓ Shuffle the question with a different question if the question is irrelevant i.e., outdated.
  ✓ Mark the correctly answered question, with comments if needed.
  ✓ Evaluate and record the candidate's other skills such as problem-solving, collaboration, and responsiveness.
  
  » Generate a standard, easy-to-read, well-formatted, and comprehensive report that shows among other things the stack, date, questions answered and the skills mentioned previously.
  
  The project streamlines the interview process, saves on time, is highly scalable, integrates (partially) with internal pipelines, increases productivity, and in the end, improves both the candidates and team experience. Show less
