Your agent isn’t broken. You just scaled too soon. Most failures come from skipping the fundamentals: reasoning, memory, tool use.Frameworks won’t save a system that lacks structure at the core.If you’re not logging every step and debugging in the open, you’re building blind.Fix the foundation before you multiply the chaos.#aiagents

PSA: AI browsers are not ready. Not for personal use, and definitely not for businesses.Prompt injection can make an AI follow hidden instructions planted in pages or documents. That can leak data, trigger actions you never approved, or quietly expose accounts. This is a systemic issue in agentic AI right now, not a quick patch. For work:Use a browser built for secure work. Island is my recommendation for any business or organization. It is designed for policy-driven access, keeping company data in company places, enabling safe BYOD, and reducing risk without breaking how people work. With today’s threats, no organization should go without this level of protection. Learn more: https://port1.io/island For personal use:Consumer-grade browsers are not built for secure work. If you want stronger personal privacy at home, Brave is worth a look for individual use. It is not a business security solution, but it is better on privacy than most consumer options: https://brave.com Do not experiment with AI browsers right now.Unless you are a security researcher or seasoned professional who knows how to properly sandbox and isolate these tools, avoid installing them altogether. 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗠𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗪𝗲𝗯𝟯 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿Web3 communities don’t sleep. So when your DMs are choked, spam is flying, and the dev team is MIA, best to have your toolkit ready. Here’s what keeps me grounded (and sane):1. 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 & 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺: Use channel pins for FAQs, set slow mode during announcements, and create custom emojis to reflect your brand voice. These are where most of the live chats happen.2. 𝗚𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Store mute logs (helps you to remember the “why” that one member was muted last month), mod SOPs, and onboarding checklists. Create a shared doc for recurring community questions.3. 𝗠𝗘𝗘𝟲, 𝗪𝗶𝗰𝗸, 𝗗𝘆𝗻𝗼: Set automated rules for banning, warning, and role assignment. Test commands regularly to avoid surprises.4. 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿: Schedule reminders for AMAs, giveaways, or partnerships. Sync it with your mod team for visibility.5. 𝗔 𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗸 (𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲, 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲): Pick your go-to energizer and take breaks. Burnout won’t help your community. 6. 𝗫 (𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗧𝘄𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿): Not Web3-native, but definitely Web3-essential. I use it to stay in the loop, run real-time updates, join Spaces, and network with other mods, founders, and projects. If you’re not active on X, you’re missing the bigger conversation. The truth?Having tools is one thing, knowing how to use them well is what makes the difference. You don’t need the fanciest setup. Just systems that help you stay calm, clear, and human. And if you’re a Virtual Assistant thinking about stepping into Web3, good news. You’re probably already using most of these tools. The shift might be easier than you think. So don’t just collect tools, use them with purpose. That’s how you stay effective, serve better, and grow fast in this space.#web3comunitymoderationtools#virtualassitant#productivity#linkedinjobhuntchallengwithcoachindexandabisoye

Managing mobile releases suck, especially if you are managing more than 1 app to both iOS & Android. Worse if its React Native. Here is a little demo of what i've been building @ Teardown to solve this.Perfect for teams setting up or migrating release flows or agencies managing multiple apps. Integrate all your current tools, and should work out of the box for most setups.https://teardown.dev

The 5 smartest things Jira smart values can do.(almost no one know about them) 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗵↳ Multiply↳ Divide ↳ Add↳ Etc.Example of adding 2 variables:{{#=}}{{𝚟𝚊𝚕𝚞𝚎𝟷}} + ({{𝚟𝚊𝚕𝚞𝚎𝟸}} * 𝟶.𝟸){{/}}𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 Just give the smart value a list, and add ".random"{{["Hello","Hey","Hi"].random}}Perfect for making automation responses seems more natural. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝘅𝘁 (𝗨𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲)Example of converting the summary: {{issue.summary.toLowerCase}}Great for comparing or checking values later in an automation. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀For example, if you want to find a specific label:{{issue.labels.contains("WIP")}}Then take an action depending on what's returned.𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱𝘀 If you want to merge or combine multiple fields together, just add multiple smart values.{{issue.summary}} placeholdertext {{issue.reporter.displayName}}You can also use these smart values in more places than you might think. ↳ Summary ↳ Description ↳ Assignee Field ↳ Linked Assets FieldsTry them out the next time your creating automations! Thanksgiving is when a lot of US founders quietly fall behind on Flutter hiring. Not because they're offline today. Because they stop planning.Your 2026 hiring problem didn't disappear with the out-of-office.Senior Flutter developers in the US don't "start looking" in January. Most of the serious ones decide what they want next in December, then move fast when the right role appears. So the real timeline looks like this:November: founders convince themselves "everyone is off."December: the best Flutter developers quietly take a few calls.January: teams without a plan are already behind. If Flutter is your mobile layer and you know you'll need a hire in the next 90 days, the work is simple:Get clear on the product problem.Decide what this developer needs to own.Tighten a 2–3 step process you can actually run.You don't need to hire on Thanksgiving Day.You do need to be ready for the conversations that start soon after.

The reality of today's job market, especially technology is that it is not easy to get in. I would advise you not to sit on the sideline waiting for that perfect tech job to land in your lap. You will either have to network like a madman and work on a lot of projects and grind leetcode or you could try other options such as starting a freelancing business doing automation and websites for local businesses. Another option is entering in through the sidedoor at a desirable company doing something that may not be exactly what you want to do and transitioning into your desired role it becomes available. The last thing you want to do is get down on yourself and sit around being depressed. With faith and effort, you can eventually get into a great role!

Even if you invented Node.js or Javascript or the computer, they won't even hire you. It's always one pesky little thing. People are pretty OCD. I've seen companies who hire the best interviewees yet they never get any work done. So thread accordingly. I'd rather invest in honest, loyal, and smart people.

How to make $80k your first three months in tech 👇You can’t.At least, not the way they told you.Every day I see new people jump into tech because someone said, “Learn to code for 3 months and land a six-figure remote job.” So they buy a course. Watch a few tutorials. Finish a bootcamp. And when that six-figure job doesn’t show up, they get discouraged. Some quit. Some switch stacks every month. Some realize too late that tech isn’t an instant lottery ticket. The truth?Tech will reward you but not before it humbles you. You’ll write broken code for weeks. You’ll question if you’re even smart enough for this. You’ll stare at error messages like they’re written in another language. And that’s all part of the process. If you want to really win here, stop chasing shortcuts.Take your time to learn and build.Get grounded in the fundamentals.Don’t drown yourself in tutorials i.e apply what you learn.Talk to people. Network online and offline.Share what you’re learning. Put yourself out there. The money will come. But only if you stay long enough to deserve it.Have you made your first six figures in tech? How long did it take? Share in the comments!#SoftwareEngineering #CareerGrowth #Developers #LearningToCode #TechJourney #Programming #Motivation #CodingLife #TechCareer #Bootcamp #DevelopersJourney

Here’s what nobody tells you about Upwork…Getting on the platform is easy.Getting seen and hired? Not so much. Here’s the real truth:You can have the best skills and still hear crickets. Why? Because Upwork isn’t just about talent. It's about positioning.Let me explain:If you’re struggling to land jobs on Upwork, check these three things:Your Profile Isn’t Selling YouYou're not a résumé. You're a solution.Clients don’t care where you went to school — they care how you’ll solve their problem. Make your overview client-focused:What problem do you solve? What’s the impact of not solving it?Why are you the right person to fix it?No Social Proof, No TrustWhen you’re new, you probably don’t have reviews. But that doesn’t mean you can’t build trust.Create mock samples. Add a portfolio.Ask past colleagues or clients (even outside Upwork) for testimonials.Start building your credibility now. You're Bidding WrongThat generic copy-paste proposal? It’s sending you straight to the reject pile.Your proposals should feel like they were written just for that client — because they were. Study the job. Mirror their language. Offer a simple, clear solution. Some freelancers send out 50 proposals and think the platform is broken. It’s not. Your strategy is.Upwork rewards freelancers who position themselves like businesses, not beggars. So if you’re tired of hearing “we went with another freelancer”, it’s time to switch things up.If you need help optimizing your profile, I’m happy to point you in the right direction.Do you have any questions about Upwork, ask your questions in the comments. Let’s help more freelancers get seen, get hired, and get paid.#UpworkTips #FreelanceSuccess #RemoteWork #LinkedInForFreelancers #DigitalSkills #ClientAttraction

Just landed a $12,500 Upwork deal... (that someone else probably worked for)But anyway, here are my Top 3 Tips to look successful without breaking a sweat:1. Screenshot first, ask questions later. Doesn’t matter if it's yours. Crop smart, blur names, and boom, instant hustle king vibes. (Bonus points if you post it at 9:42 am with a caption like "Slow mornings, big wins." or Say "Maa ki Dua Jannat ki Hawa")2. Replace niche with noise.(Apka vision ha sir again)Why build expertise when you can just talk louder and drop the word "7-figure" in every third sentence? Stats don’t lie, especially when you make them up.3. Say "We"(even if it’s just you and ChatGPT and 69 others)Looks busy, sounds professional, and nobody needs to know your CEO is a ceiling phanka(fan) and your co-founder is screenshots only.

I’ve been using Upwork for 7+ years now, but it’s getting crowded. So, If you’re looking for other places to land good projects (and get paid in USD),Here are 5 platforms worth exploring:1/ ToptalHighly vetted, but if you get in, the projects + clients are top tier.2/ ContraGreat for independent contractors, easy to showcase your profile + services.3/ Fiverr ProNot the $5 jobs people joke about, Fiverr Pro is for premium gigs.4/ We Work RemotelyMostly remote jobs, but plenty of contract-based work listed too.5/ Gun.ioSpecifically for developers, with strong vetting but solid USD-paying clients.Don’t chase all the platforms, find 1-2 that fit your niche and double down there with focus + consistency.

A lot of software engineers don’t like LinkedIn. There’s more self-promotion and templated posts, not much useful content. That’s why most developers prefer communities that are more focused on real tech talk and learning. But recently, I’ve noticed more tech people using Substack. It’ll be interesting to see where Substack goes from here. It might just become one of the places developers go to learn, get inspired, and connect with others in the industry.
