Opening up the West Side of Lincoln Center
The Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) Lincoln Center West Initiative opens up the Amsterdam Avenue side of Lincoln Center’s campus, creating a more welcoming edge on the west side. The new design incorporates extensive community feedback from an ongoing participatory process that began in 2023. Features include: welcoming entrance that dramatically opens up Amsterdam Avenue to neighbors approaching from the west; community park featuring a lawn, water feature, tree groves and garden for public enjoyment; and new, world-class amphitheater that will improve artist and audience experiences.Explore the new design and learn more »Upcoming events
