5 U.S. Code § 418 - Rule of construction of special provisions

The special provisions under section408,409,410,411,412,413,414,416, or421 of this title relate only to the establishmentnamed in such section and no inference shall be drawn from the presence or absence of a provision in any such section with respect to an establishmentnot named in such section or with respect to a designated Federal entity as defined undersection 415(a) of this title.
