COMMENTS
In the frontal impact the driver and passenger heads were both well protected by the driver and passenger airbags. Both seatbelts were equipped with pretensioners and load limiters. The passenger chest received marginal protection and driver’s chest weak protection. The passenger knees could impact with dangerous structures in the dashboard. The bodyshell was rated as unstable and was not capable of withstanding further loading. Footwell area was not capable of withstanding further loadings

COMMENTS
The child seat for the 3 year old child was not able to prevent excessive forward movement during the impact. The dynamic performance of the 18 months child restraint was good. Some of the belted CRS that were assessed for installation could not pass installation tests, installation of groups 0+ failed halving the installation points. The vehicle provisions and assessment scored low because lack of three point belts in all seating positions and absence of ISOFIX anchorages. The car did not have warning marking for installing a CRS in the front passenger seat meeting Latin NCAP requirements. It was not possible to deactivate the passenger airbag when installing a rearward facing CRS in the front seat.
