Savoy-Fox Venture Buys TV Station: The joint venture, SF Broadcasting, bought station WLUK in Green Bay, Wis., for $38 million from Burnham Broadcasting Co. of Chicago. The station will be owned 74% by film distributor Savoy Pictures, 25% by Fox Television Stations and 1% by Savoy executives Victor A. Kaufman and Lewis J. Korman. WLUK is an affiliate of NBC.
