John Adkins Richardson was active in the comic fan scene of the 1970s. His comic 'Maxor' appeared in the fanzine Fantastic Exploits. He published 'Fever Dreams' at Kitchen Sink Press in 1972 and worked on 'The Hunting of the Snark' forWallace Wood's Witzend in 1971. In 1977, he wrote the book 'The Complete Book of Cartooning'.
In 2011 Richardson passed away. His death was only noticed eight years later, by his friend and colleague John Ellis, who reported it on his Facebook page G.B. Love, Andy Warner & RBCC Memories.
