Windcutter is a technique which appears inKingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It allows the user to perform a spinning attack that creates a whirlwind to pick up foes and send them flying.

InKingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Windcutter is an Ultimateattack command exclusive to Terra that takes up one slot in the Command Deck, has a maximum level of 5, a normal reload time of 20 seconds, and fills the Command Gauge by 20%.
