Sliding Dash, also calledSlide Dash, is a technique introduced inKingdom Hearts Final Mix. It allows the user to quickly close in on a target and attack.

Mechanics[edit]

InKingdom Hearts Final Mix, Sliding Dash is acombat ability that costs 1AP to equip. It activates when the user tries to attack an enemy just out of reach, whereupon the user propels himself forward with theKeyblade, then swings the Keyblade in front to strike enemies.

InKingdom Hearts Chain of Memories, Sliding Dash is anattack sleight. When using Sliding Dash, the user propels himself forward with the Keyblade, then swings the Keyblade in front to strike enemies.

InKingdom Hearts II, Slide Dash is anaction ability that costs 2 AP to equip. When equipped, it allows Sora to attack a target from long-distance by holding his Keyblade backhand as he lunges forward towards the target, stopping with a spin to deliver a second hit.

InKingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, Sliding Dash is anability panel that can take up one or three slots. The ability can be leveled up fromSliding Dash LV1 toSliding Dash LV2 andSliding Dash LV3 by linkingSliding Dash LV+ Ⓛ (ダッシュアップⓁ, Dasshu Appu Ⓛ?, lit. "Dash Up Ⓛ") panels. Sliding Dash activates when the user tries to attack an enemy just out of reach, whereupon the user quickly slides up to the targeted enemy and then attacks.

InKingdom Hearts Re:coded, Sliding Dash is anattack command that has a memory consumption of 10%, a reload time of 10 seconds, and fills the Clock Gauge by 140 points. The user charges forward with a Keyblade thrust, on the ground or in midair.

InKingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Sliding Dash is a Basicattack command that takes up one slot, has a maximum level of 3, has a normal reload time of 15 seconds, and fills the Command Gauge by 20%. When using Sliding Dash, the user rushes forward in a charging attack that can be used either on the ground or in the air.

InKingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Sliding Dash is anattack command that uses one slot in the Command Deck and has a reload time of 10 seconds. It grants +1 toStrength when attached to aDream Eater recipe. It can be used while in the air.

InKingdom Hearts Union χ, Sliding Dash is aspecial attack that targets all enemies. It costs 1 special attack gauge to perform.
