Story[edit]

Side: Sora[edit]

"Look at that boy's weapon. It's different."
—Quorra comments on Sora's Keyblade

While watching from afar as Rinzler takes onSora, Quorra takes an interest with Sora's Keyblade upon seeing him for the first time, and offers to help him with restoring Rinzler's memories. Sora accepts her offer.

They soon sneak onboard Rinzler's Rectifier where they encounter Rinzler. Quorra attempts to attack him, but Sora pleads with her not to, since Rinzler is his friend. Quorra tries to tell him that programs do not have hearts, but Sora tells her that he can feel Tron's heart within. Sora then calmly walks up to Rinzler and tries to get him to remember his past as Tron, which fails. Rinzler attacks Sora, though Quorra manages to block the attack for him, then goes after Rinzler, but is defeated and kidnapped.

Later, Quorra convinces Sora to fight Rinzler, since Tron can hear him (he briefly regained his memories earlier, which allowed Quorra to escape), and that defeating Rinzler is the only way to restore his memories. After the battle, Quorra comforts Sora following Rinzler's presumed death, where Sora accepts Quorra as a friend, too.

Side: Riku[edit]

WhenRiku meets up with the Flynns, Quorra is shown to be unconscious and already lost her left arm (she lost her right arm in the film). On the Solar Sailer,Kevin Flynn repairs her, and tellsSam and Riku that she is last remaining ISO. In the Rectifer, Quorra wakes up and distracts Rinzler for the Flynns and Riku, but is captured as a result. Sam and Riku manage to rescue her, where they push Rinzler off the Rectifer.

The four manage to steal a fighter jet and reach the portal, where they encounterCLU, who then sends the Commantis to murder them all, but Riku manages to defeat it. In the end, Quorra escapes with Sam to the userworld while Flynn sacrifices himself to destroy CLU.

Design[edit]

Quorra is depicted as wearing a black skintight suit with blue circuitry. Her black hair is cut to resemble a bob cut. However, distinguishing her from other programs is the fact that Quorra is an ISO (Isomorphic Algorithm), and she has the letters "ISO" tattooed on her arm.

Quorra's render mimics her pose inpromotional posters forTron: Legacy.

Origin[edit]

Quorra inTron: Legacy.

Quorra's debut in theTron universe isTron: Legacy, played byOlivia Wilde. Introduced asKevin Flynn's partner and confidante after the latter is betrayed byCLU 2, she first appears in the film to saveSam Flynn from a battle with CLU 2 on a light cycle arena by barging in with a tank-like vehicle. She takes Sam to his father, but when Flynn confirms that he has no intention of confronting CLU 2 in case CLU 2 gains control of his identity disk, Quorra instructs Sam to contact Zuse, the enigmatic leader of a resistance against CLU 2. Flynn, worried for his son, takes Quorra with him to Zuse's bar just as Zuse betrays Sam to CLU 2's men. In the ensuing battle, Quorra's arm is severely damaged and she is left temporarily catatonic. It is then that Sam realizes that Quorra is the last remaining ISO, the only survivor of a genocide conducted by CLU 2.

Eventually Quorra's arm heals and she awakens to aid the Flynns again. She infiltrates CLU 2's hideout to buy time for the Flynns, but she is captured by Rinzler, CLU 2's right-hand man and Flynn's reprogrammed friend,Tron. Quorra is rescued by the Flynns, however, who take back Flynn's disk and flee for the I/O tower to escape to the real world and leave CLU 2 trapped inside the Grid forever. Despite CLU 2 catching up with them and Flynn sacrificing himself to destroy the rogue program, Quorra and Sam make it safely to the real world. As a gift, Sam shows Quorra a real world sunrise, something she had longed to see for a long time.
