Design[edit]
A Metal Bug's body is nearly identical to aMetal Blox; it is a metallic, silver cube with patterns resembling computer circuitry covering it. A single, glowing yellow eye is present near the center of the front of its body. Four silver, grey, and black, spider-like legs sprout from its sides.
The Metal Bug's name is a play on its insectoid appearance and its resemblance to a Metal Blox.
Strategy[edit]
Unlike the other bugs, the Metal Bug can turn back into a blox for a short period; as it is based on a Metal Blox, this makes it temporarily invulnerable.
| Technique | Element | Status | Power | Block? | ||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tackle (タックル, Takkuru?) | — | 1.00 [1.16] | ◯ | |||
| Draws in its body, then plunges straight ahead. | ||||||
| Jump Tackle (ジャンプタックル, Janpu Takkuru?) | Air-toss (Low) | 1.00 [1.13] | ◯ | |||
| Jumps up high, then charges while spinning like a drill. | ||||||
| Temporarily turns into a Metal Blox when hit with a combo finisher, except when hit with magic commands or when afflicted with a status effect. | ||||||
| Power in [] is for bugged enemies; Block: △ = Can be blocked; O = Can be blocked and interrupted (melee) or deflected back (projectile); X = Cannot be blocked. | ||||||
