TheElement Cluster is anUnversed found inKingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix.

Design[edit]

The Element Cluster is a totem pole-like Unversed comprised of three different sections. Each section is themed around an element: Fire, Blizzard, and Thunder. The heads frequently change positions with each other, and it has three Unversed Emblems, one on the back of each of its heads.

The Blizzard-themed head is roughly diamond-shaped and is a dull shade of purple with blue highlights near its center. It has two diamond-shaped "arms" on its sides reminiscent of ice crystals. Its face is black and its red eyes are set in a sorrowful expression. It has a small hole in its base so connect to the section below it, and has a conical, white spike on its top.

The Fire-themed head is more spherical and is brick red with bright magenta highlights. It has two black, wide, curved "arms" resembling tongues of flame on its sides. It has a white, heart-shaped face and its red eyes are set in an angry expression. It has a small hole in its base and a conical, magenta spike in its top to connect to the other sections.

The Thunder-themed head is roughly triangular or conical and is yellow with orange highlights. It has two blue, zig-zagging "arms" resembling lightning bolts on its sides. Its face is a metallic grey color and its red eyes are set in a happy expression. It has a hole in its base and a conical, orange spike on its top to connect to the sections.

The Element Cluster's name reflects its three heads, each of which can cast a different elemental type of magic. A "cluster" is a group of things close together, like the Unversed's heads.

Strategy[edit]

Main article:Unversed Mission

The Element Cluster can only be found inNeverland'sIndian Camp. Its middle head, while indicating which element it attacks with, is also the element it is weak to. As such, the general strategy is to attack the Cluster with the element corresponding to its middle head, and change attacks when the Cluster shifts elements.

The protagonist's Command Deck should lean heavily on elemental commands, though specific builds tend to vary depending on the character.Ice Cream is a good idea so as to use elementalCommand Styles, as do elementalShotlocks such asFlame Salvo andAbsolute Zero, and movement commands such asIce Slide,Firewheel,Thunder Roll, andFire Glide. Fire and Thunder Surge, as well as advanced elemental commands, should also fit in the Command Deck.

Attacks[edit]

TechniqueElementStatusPowerBlock?
Fire BlastFire
When the middle element is Fire, the Element Cluster breathes out waves of fire that last for about two seconds.
Ice ShotBlizzard
When the middle element is Blizzard, the Element Cluster fires icy projectiles forward left, forward right, and center.
Thunder ShockThunder
When the middle element is Thunder, the Element Cluster conjures thunderbolts like theTriple Wrecker, albeit with shorter intervals.
Guard/Block: △ = Can be blocked; O = Can be blocked and interrupted (melee) or deflected back (projectile); X = Cannot be blocked.
