Critical Boost
Critical Boost (クリティカルアップ, Kuritikaru Appu?, lit. "Critical Up"), also dubbed asCritical Plus, is anability that appears inKingdom Hearts,Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, andKingdom Hearts Re:coded. It boosts the user's ability to dealcritical hits to enemies.
Mechanics[edit]
InKingdom Hearts, Critical Plus is acombat ability that boosts the user's critical hit rate by a factor of1+n, wheren represents the number of Critical Plus abilities equipped. It costs 3AP to equip, 2AP inKingdom Hearts Final Mix.
InKingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, Critical Boost is anequipment ability that allows the user to potentially deal critical hits with any kind of attack.
InKingdom Hearts Re:coded, Critical Plus is anaccessory ability that allows the user to deal more critical hits when their HP is reduced to 25%. Sora's critical hit chance is doubled in this state.

- Sora learns Critical Plus at levels 21, 69, and 90 with theDream Rod; levels 48, 78, and 90 with theDream Sword; and levels 51, 69, and 90 with theDream Shield.
- Tarzan has Critical Plus as a default ability.
- Aladdin has Critical Plus as a default ability.
- Peter Pan has Critical Plus as a default ability.
- Beast has Critical Plus as a default ability.
Kingdom Hearts Final Mix[edit]
- Sora learns Critical Plus at levels 48 and 75 with theDream Shield, levels 84 and 99 with theDream Sword, and levels 96 and 100 with theDream Rod; he also learns it after completing theHercules Cup alone.
