TheConformers is a pair ofChakrams available toAxel inKingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. It represents Axel's personality.

Design[edit]

A Conformer Chakram much more closely resembles a shuriken than Axel's other weapons. This weapon was most likely chosen due to the similarities between ninjas and assassins being the same. It lacks a center wheel, and instead has four spikes that connect to each other. Each of these spikes are large and triangular, and they each have an angular curve. The sides of the Chakram alternate from black to red. The handle is a black cross, and the tips of the handle flare outward slightly.

InFinal Fantasy VII, theConformer is Yuffie's ultimate weapon. In theFinal Fantasy series, theFuma Shuriken is a recurring throwing weapon used byNinjas. It is usually the strongest throwing weapon in the game it appears in. In Japanese fiction, the Fūma Shuriken is a recurring enormous shuriken weapon that typically has four blades.

Because the Conformers are weapons belonging to ninjas, they may represent Axel's tendency of manipulating and keeping secrets from multiple people for his own agenda.

Gameplay[edit]

The ground combo starts with a slide towards the target, then a slash to the right and ends with a cross slash to the right and the weapons circling around Axel.

The aerial combo starts with a slash to the right and then the left, finishing with a circular slash in front of Axel and the weapons circling above him.
