Collision Magnet is a technique that appears inKingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep andKingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. It allows the user to pull a single enemy toward them withmagnetic force, then send it crashing into other foes.

Mechanics[edit]

InKingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Collision Magnet is an Advancedattack command that takes up one slot in the Command Deck, has a maximum level of 4, a normal reload time of 20 seconds, and fills the Command Gauge by 25%.

InKingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Collision Magnet is anattack command that uses one slot in the Command Deck and has a reload time of 22 seconds. It grants +3 toStrength and +1 toMagic when attached to aDream Eater recipe.

In his boss battle, theUnknown uses a technique similar to Collision Magnet in which he leaps in the air, summons a whip to drag the protagonist towards him, and then slams them downwards, stunning them. It is very difficult to avoid or escape in the original version, but is weakened inKingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix to allow more time to flee after being ensnared.
