Blackout is a technique that appears inKingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep andKingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. It allows the user toblind surrounding enemies to stop them from attacking.
Mechanics[edit]
InKingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Blackout is an Advancedmagic command that takes up one slot in the Command Deck, has a maximum level of 3 and a normal reload time of 10 seconds, and fills the Command Gauge by 8%.
InKingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Blackout is amagic command that uses one slot in the Command Deck and has a reload time of 16 seconds. It grants +2 toMagic when attached to aDream Eater recipe.
