Aerial Dive is a technique that appears inKingdom Hearts II Final Mix andKingdom Hearts III. It allows the user to unleash a powerful attack on distant targets.
Mechanics[edit]
InKingdom Hearts II Final Mix, Aerial Dive is anaction ability that costs 2AP to equip. When equipped, it allowsSora to close in on a distant aerial target by leaping at them in a series of four somersaults with theKeyblade extended, alternating between a tilt to the left or right. The fourth somersault can be skipped with the following attack in the combo. The jump height increases with eachHigh Jump level equipped.
InKingdom Hearts III, Aerial Dive is anaction ability that costs 2AP to equip. When equipped, while airborne Sora is able to assault enemies below him with a wild spinning attack that can hit a maximum of four times. Although this attack can only travel a moderate distance downwards while tracking a target, it is superlative at closing the gap for targets that are far from Sora laterally or horizontally.
