A civic university at the heart of London

King’s Vision 2029 sets out our ambition to be a civic university at the heart of London, working in partnership to contribute to the success of the city in which we make our home.

Through London, students connect their learning with real-world challenges while developing new insights, networks and skills.

Drawing on the lived experience of Londoners as partners in the co-creation of new knowledge, we develop life-changing ideas with local impact and global relevance.

Deepening our connections with our home boroughs of Lambeth, Southwark and Westminster, and collaborating with the city's businesses, policymakers, universities and further education institutions, we make a positive difference to our local communities.
