Cold Black Friday, Wintry Saturday?

If you’re heading out early to catch some Black Friday deals, you need to bundle up! Temperatures are below freezing this morning, and they’ll only warm to the upper 40s today. We’re still watching Saturday’s forecast closely, but right now, it appears this will mostly be a cold rain event. Parts of southern Missouri may see some sleet briefly, but we’re not concerned with icy travel impacts. Our next chance of wintry mix comes in late Monday. The models are still not agreeing, but there’s a slim chance we see some sleet and freezing rain before sunrise Tuesday. We’re watching it closely. Stay tuned. -Kristina
