      Meet the Team

      Lisa Jaye

      Facilitator and Trainer

      Lisa Jaye
      ×

In her 10th year of legal practice, former trial lawyer and law firm partner Lisa Jaye took a commercial mediation course that changed her life. Inspired to seek a more holistic approach to conflict resolution, she became a federal appeals court mediator, started a private mediation practice and later joined JAMS.

Since leaving litigation, I have never looked back and have devoted my energy to helping people overcome conflict. Building trust among stakeholders is crucial to achieving that goal.

With over 25 years of conflict resolution experience, Lisa has mediated thousands of matters—everything from two-party disputes to complex, multiparty, high-value matters. Praised for her high emotional intelligence, she is exceptionally skilled at helping parties navigate difficult conversations and find solutions.
