LARGE WHITE STONE TABLET MOUNTED ONTO A BLACK MARBLE BACKBOARD. INSCRIPTION IN RED AND GOLD LETTERING.METAL WREATH WITH PALM FRONDS BELOW IT DEPICTED IN RLEIEF AT THE TOP CENTRE OF THE TABLET. THREE STARS PLACED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WREATH.CROWN SURMOUNTS THE TOP OF THE TABLET.
