For an ISA conference,

1. determine your planning team and program chair. This group will be responsible for managing the process from start to finish.Please note: A successful conference requires an approximate 8-month planning period from the start of the intake process until the conference.
2. check the ISA master conference calendar (below) for potential dates to host your conference. Please note: requested conference dates are subject to ISA Headquarters review and approval.
3. complete the ISA conference intake form below. If you need logistical advice/assistance, please contactJennifer Fontanella.

For an ISA virtual event,

1. review the ISA master calendar (below) for potential dates to host the virtual event. Please note that to advertise a virtual event successfully, we need at least six weeks lead-time.

Applications for a conference are evaluated based on many factors, including ISA Headquarters availability. Please see the calendar below for information about ISA's other conferences and commitments. (You will need to be logged into your ISAnet account in order to see the calendar.)

Please note: To ensure the success of our group conferences, ISA HQ will not allow any conference dates to overlap.
