The LIQUI MOLY Husqvarna Intact GP Team is pleased to announce a fast four-rider line-up for 2024 in the Moto3 and Moto2 classes, as Tatsuki Suzuki and Senna Agius have been newly signed alongside Collin Veijer and Darryn Binder for next season.
In 2024, theLIQUI MOLY Husqvarna Intact GPTeam aims to fight for more success and points in the Moto3 and Moto2 classes and hereby unveils its new rider line-up for the planned 22 races.
InMoto3,Collin Veijer remains loyal to the German racing team. After an impressive debut season in Moto3, the young Dutchman has set himself the goal of fighting for the big points in 2024. Already in his first World Championship year, the fast-learning and adaptable 18-year-old convinced with terrific races that only hinted at his sheer potential.
At his side, 26-year-oldTatsuki Suzuki will take over from his compatriot Ayumu Sasaki. The Japanese rider began his career in Junior GP on European soil and has been actively competing in the World Championship since 2015. To date, the Italian-by-choice has scored three World Championship victories, one of which came this year at the Argentine Grand Prix. The combination of experience and youth should lead to many successes in Moto3 in 2024.
InMoto2, the team is also relying on the mix of experience and the fresh spirit of a rookie.Darryn Binder will fight for success for another year in the LIQUI MOLY Husqvarna Intact GP team. The South African is currently completing his rookie season in Moto2 and has not yet been able to ride many kilometres in the class due to injuries. However, he has proven on several occasions that he can finish in the top-10 in the fiercely competitive field. His best results so far were sixth place in Argentina, seventh place in India and most recently tenth place in Japan.
Alongside him, it is none other than the team's own junior rider who is being promoted to the Moto2 World Championship.Senna Agius, the current leader of the Moto2 European Championship, has already served well as a substitute rider for the injured regulars four times this season. Despite his young age, the Australian, who is only 18, is no stranger to the scene, having raced in the Australian Supersport 300 in 2019 as well as in the Japanese Moto3 class before coming to Europe in 2020 and spending two years in the European Moto3 Championship. In 2022 he moved to the Moto2 JuniorGP Championship, where he is currently fighting for the Moto2 European Championship title after five superior race wins.
TheLIQUI MOLY Husqvarna Intact GP Team would like to thank both Ayumu Sasaki and Lukas Tulovic for the good work and wishes both riders only the best for their future. A big thank you also goes to our partners for the trust they have placed in us over the years.
Team Principal and Team Manager Moto2
"We are very happy with the new riders we have signed and the new faces for 2024, because it is an interesting mix of proven experience and excellent potential.
In Moto2 we all know about Darryn's speed and his great mentality. We are grateful that he will ride for us for another year after a rather unlucky season in 2023 due to his injuries. We think he can make a significant step next season. We are very confident because there are really many parameters that fit with him, so we are already looking forward to working with him for another year.
Senna will be our Moto2 rookie for 2024, but he has already had a taste of Moto2 this year and his results in Europe show that he can be something special for the category. He is our rookie rider from the Moto2 European Championship and next weekend in Aragon he has the chance to win the European title for himself after winning 5 out of 6 races by a large margin. He has already stepped in four times recently as a substitute rider for our injured riders in the Moto2 World Championship.
We made this decision together with our main partners and we are very happy that Senna will now make the step into the World Championship with us as a regular rider. He is just 18 years old, which certainly makes it an exciting challenge for him. Of course, he will also be given the necessary time to adapt at World Championship level, but I think he has everything he needs to do that. We are sure that sooner or later he will get good results, because we see a lot of potential in him."
Team Manager Moto3
"We will continue our cooperation with Collin Veijer in 2024 as planned. The trust placed in him was - and is - more than justified because he has already achieved numerous top results in his rookie season. If he continues to develop at the same pace, we can expect further positive impact from him next year. With Tatsuki Suzuki, we were able to sign another experienced rider, which was our wish alongside Collin. Tatsuki has already won three Grand Prix races and achieved several podium finishes. He therefore has the best base for further decent results. I am confident that these two riders will have a very successful season."

"I am looking forward to an exciting 2024 season, which will certainly be a challenging one with 22 races. It will be a mammoth task for everyone in the team, but especially for the rider. Next year we will again have a nice mix of experienced World Championship riders and young talents on the grid in both the Moto3 and Moto2 classes. I think this can be a great story and especially with Tatsuki Suzuki and Darryn Binder we are building on the experience, while Collin Veijer and Senna Agius will continue to learn. I am happy and satisfied that we could sign these four great riders for us."

"We are already looking forward to the coming season. Darryn deserves an injury-free 2024 season so that he can show his full potential. He has already shown us this year that he can finish in the top 10 among the very strong field of Moto2 riders. Senna has also shown in the World Championship races as a substitute rider that he can hold his own in the World Championship. He learns quickly, is young and motivated. In the European Championship he has so far won almost all the races and is leading the championship. I am happy that we can accompany a young rider from the junior team of Liqui Moly Husqvarna Intact GP into the World Championship for the second time.
In Moto3 Collin surprised me a lot. He is a calm, goal-oriented cool guy. With his first place on the grid in Spielberg and his very good placings in the second half of the season, he has shown that he can ride at the front. Tatsuki has shown that he can win races and will continue to improve with a strong teammate like Collin.
It is and will remain exciting. I am sure we will see some great racing at the highest level in one of the most beautiful sports in the world with this pairing of riders in both Moto2 and Moto3."
Moto2
"I am beyond grateful for another opportunity with these guys. This season has been really difficult with a lot of injuries and not too many races. They see the potential we have together which is why they've given me another chance. The 2023 season started off really well but unfortunately, I had a few hiccups on the way. I am looking to try to end the season strong and to be ready for next year. I just want to say a huge thanks to everybody involved and I am already looking forward to 2024."
Moto2
"I am very grateful to have the opportunity to move up with this team. I just have to say thank you for this incredible opportunity and thank you to all the bosses and everyone involved for believing in me. It will be my rookie season and I still have so much to learn, but it has already been a good time in Moto2 and I am so happy to move up now. I am already super excited. Hopefully I can bag the European Championship this week. There are only two races left, but in Japan I had another opportunity to keep improving and learning."
Moto3
"I am really happy to work with this team next year as well. I think we are doing a pretty good job at the moment and I hope we can continue like this next season. I am very happy that the team believes in me. So let's hope we can do even better in 2024. I am grateful for the sponsors who make this possible at all. I'm already looking forward to next year and hope we can continue our work. I am super happy and thank everyone involved, but especially all the sponsors, my family and friends."
Moto3
"I am already higly motivated for next year and looking forward to working with this team. After the amazing work they did with Ayumu, I was very impressed. They are always competitive and now Collin also seems to be riding comfortably in the top positions. I will change manufacturers after six years, from Honda to Husqvarna, which will be an extra motivation. It's a big adventure for me and I'm really looking forward to it."
