When searching for the perfect high school for your daughter, Immaculate Heart Academy recognizes that tuition cost can be a major factor in your decision-making process. Because we understand that tuition is a major sacrifice for many families, our school is committed to making an IHA education a reality for all those interested. We provide financial assistance to qualified students in a number of ways, includingAcademic Merit Awards and Financial Aid.Click here for additional financial information.
IHA partners with FACTS Tuition Management, which assists us in our collection of tuition and fees, and in assessing financial aid. Tuition for the 2025-26 school year is $21,000, consisting of either 11 monthly payments beginning in June 2025 and ending in April 2026, or one full payment by June 30, 2025. Please see below for further information on tuition and fees. Note:All billing will be through FACTS Tuition Management. Students will not be considered officially enrolled in IHA until registration on the FACTS website is complete.
FACTS annual processing fee is $55 for monthly payments and no charge for one payment in full. Our school code is 5901.Click here for FAQs regarding FACTS Tuition Management.

Non-Refundable Registration Fees:
Class of 2029: $800 (due at registration)
Class of 2028: $700 (billed annually in March)
Class of 2027: $700 (billed annually in March)
Class of 2026: $700 (billed annually in March)
Class Fees: Vary by grade and course selection (billed annually in July)
Athletic Fees: $450 for the first sport, $350 for the second, and $250 for the third
MacBook Air (purchased through school): approximately $1,570
Financial Aid

Financial Aid
Class of 2030 applicants are eligible to apply for financial aid fromNovember 1 through November 15, 2025. The Class of 2030 applicants will be notified of their financial aid upon acceptance to IHA in January 2026, provided they have applied for Financial Aid by the November 15 deadline.

The Financial Aid deadline for the Classes of 2027, 2028, and 2029 is March 1, 2026. Because of timing, please submit your 2024 Tax Return and your 2025 W2s by this deadline. The total amount of Financial Aid distributed for the 2024-25 school year was $1,295,000, going to 33% of our student population.

Merit Awards

Merit Awards
Academic Merit Awards are based on a student’s HSPT scores. Students who qualify are notified with their acceptance to IHA. Awards are renewable providing the student meets the academic criteria. Various scholarships from generous alumnae and friends of IHA are also offered to assist individual students. Please note, IHA does not offer athletic scholarships of any kind.
Scholarship Opportunities

The Scholarship Fund for Inner-City Children
The Scholarship Fund for Inner-City Children (SFIC) will be accepting applications for the 2025-26 school year beginning February 1, 2025. The deadline for all applications and required financial documentation is May 1, 2025. The SFIC is independent of IHA. To apply for the SFIC Scholarship, please visit www.sficnj.org. Follow the instructions to create a new account and submit the required documents. SFIC, based on financial need, is for families with children in grades K-12 attending Catholic schools within the Archdiocese of Newark.
Columbus Citizens Foundation Scholarship
This scholarship is independent of IHAand is sponsored by a private foundation, The Columbus Citizens Foundation (CCF), sponsor of New York City’s Columbus Day Parade. Criteria for this scholarship are as follows:
Minimum of 25% Italian-American Heritage
Financial Need
Academic Excellence (at least 88% or 3.5 G.P.A.)
