Featured review
This is one of the best movies to come out in 2004. Director Kamal has proved it once again that he is one of the best when it comes to making an offbeat film within a commercial format.
The screenplay is flawless penned by TA Razak. The protagonists played by Meera Jasmine and Kavya Madhavan have excelled in author backed roles along with guest appearance of Dileep, Vineeth and Biju Menon. The camera of P.Sukumar, music by M.Jayachandran are the major highlights of the film. The only drawbacks are that some of rainy scenes are often repeated but with an excellent soundtrack it makes up for it.
I have to say that the film belongs to Meera Jasmine and its her powerhouse performance that keeps the viewer glued to the screenplay. Kamal has taken us back to the golden era of Malayalam films where it used to be all about the substance.
This one is sure memorable and it paints a complete picture of human emotions.
