• Purchase delivery - When the status shows 'Charged' your product/s will be added to your account. Usually within minutes, butthis can take up to 4 hours.
  
• 'Pending' & 'Unpaid' - No action needed! These orders are being held for human review. The team will process orders within a few hours and cancel any that are double orders.
