A Home To Call Your Own

Midnight brings housing to World of Warcraft, and it's open to everyone. There are no lotteries, and the cost is cheap for existing players and completely free for newcomers. Houses are shared across your Warband, so all the characters you create can visit all your houses, regardless of what faction they're part of.

Welcome to the Neighborhood

Housing plots are grouped into neighborhoods, most of which are available to anyone, while you can create others for your guild or with your friends. All you have to do is visit a neighborhood, find a housing plot you like, and reserve it.

You can put your house anywhere on your plot, with the Alliance and Horde getting their own housing designs. Customize your walls and roof, add things like towers and chimneys, and surround your home with plants, flowers, and other decorations.

Once inside your house, an easy-to-use system will allow you to decorate it however you want. You'll begin with a starter pack of more than 60 decorations, but you can get more from shops, the auction house, crafting, quests, achievements, and more.

New Lands To Explore

Midnight introduces four new and improved zones, and the expansion's story will take you to all four, but the order in which you tackle them is up to you. Explore the new regions, gather new allies, and push back against the Void.
Eversong Woods
The homeland of the Blood Elves has been enhanced in both size and graphical fidelity. The capital of Silvermoon City is now twice as big, welcomes both the Horde and Alliance, allows flying mounts to be used within the city, and serves as the campaign hub for the Midnight expansion.
Zul'aman
This new expanded zone is the home of the Amani Troll Empire led by Zul'jarra, the granddaughter of powerful chieftain Zul'jin. Neighbors of the Blood Elves, the two have brokered an uneasy peace that is now threatened by the encroaching Void.
Harandar
The roots of the world trees converge in this fungal jungle lit up by bioluminescence. It is the home of the haranir, a reclusive people who use the world trees' roots to travel around the world in secret. A rift has formed here that drives haranir mad and births horrifying creatures.
Voidstorm
This dangerous land is full of Void creatures of all kinds that have an unquenchable hunger for power and will consume anything and everything to get it. Here you'll meet the Void Elves, who are at risk of falling to the Void but whose expertise may prove invaluable.

Midnight also includes new features, improvements to existing features, and new gameplay possibilities as the world continues to evolve.

Customizing your appearance is now easier than ever. With the latest updates to transmogrification, you can save your favorite looks and set default appearances for your gear slots.
Prey
Midnight introduces Prey, a hunting system you can sign up for in Silvermoon City. You'll be given a quest to hunt a specific target, but be careful, they'll be on the hunt for you too. And they can find you first.
New Raids
Midnight Season 1 includes nine boss fights split across three new raids: The Voidspire, The Dreamrift, and March on Quel'Danas.
Devourer Demon Hunter
A new specialization for the Demon Hunter class, the Devourer is a midrange attacker that can rip Void fragments from enemies and use them to power their spells.
New Dungeons
Midnight adds eight dungeons, some of which are brand-new while others are places you've visited before, but with significant changes and expansions.
Streamlined Leveling
For new WoW players or those whose accounts have lapsed, you can now level up quickly through Dragonflight to catch up before jumping into Midnight.
