中亚：人权倒退
人权观察在今天发布的《2016世界人权报告》中表示，中亚各国政府在2015年加强打压非政府组织和维权人士。哈萨克斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦、塔吉克斯坦、土库曼斯坦和乌兹别克斯坦政府逮捕监禁批评政府人士，关闭独立组织和反对党，并通过法律限制非政府组织的权利。
