Winter Olympics Bounce Back

After falling to all-time lows in 2022, NBC and Peacock’s Winter Olympics telecasts have scored big at the start of the 2026 games. Aided by a post-Super Bowl spot, the games averaged 42 million cross-platform viewers on Feb. 8, the largest audience for a Winter Olympics day since early in the 2014 competition. The first three full days of coverage from Milan and Cortina, Italy, are averaging better than 30 million viewers (including live daytime events and primetime replays). That’s up by about 67 percent vs. the 2022 Winter Olympics.

Wuthering Heights
