At HGA, we strive to develop long-term relationships with clients and employees by being trustworthy and “doing what we say we will do.”

We are a multi-disciplined project management and engineering services company providing professional services to an extensive portfolio of customers throughout numerous industries for more than 25 years.

OurStory

Hunt, Guillot & Associates, LLC was founded in 1997 in Ruston, La., with a passion for both engineering and the wood/lumber industry. At that time, Ruston was only known for its famous peaches and purple-eyed peas. Trott Hunt, Jay Guillot, and Don Plummer have since grown the business and helped thousands of clients recover from catastrophic events.

HGA’s clients are involved in efforts, both large and small, that are fundamentally reshaping the way our communities operate and our economy performs. Those clients often look for a multi-disciplinary partner to plan, design, manage, build, and operate—and for more than 25 years, we have been that partner. Our expansive client roster includes Fortune 500 and Fortune Global 500 corporations, state and local government municipalities, and many prestigious public and private firms.

Our team has grown to over 700 worldwide experts that continue to provide innovative solutions that help build the future through partnership and collaboration. In alignment with our success and continuous growth, HGA has undergone a brand refresh to develop an enhanced set of brand guidelines that help position us for further growth, declare our purpose, and define what drives our success. This document outlines those new guidelines to ensure consistent application and positioning of the HGA brand throughout our external and internal materials.
