Whether theseries finale ofGame of Thronesleft you smiling or in tears (and let's be honest, it was most likely the latter), the Academy has made up its mind over the controversial last season. The verdict? Emmys galore.

Between last week's Creative Arts Emmys and tonight's Primetime ceremony,Game of Thrones received a total of 12 Emmys for its eighth and final season. The fantasy drama alsoholds the record for the most Emmy wins of any fictional series.
