Official news - During theHalo Championship Series in October 2024,343 Industries announced that they have rebranded toHalo Studios. Alongside this, it was also announced that theHalo series would be moving away from theSlipspace Engine, instead usingUnreal Engine 5 for all futureHalo projects, an effort given the name ofProject Foundry. - Halo: Epitaph, a brand newHalo novel written byKelly Gay, released on February 27th! It follows theUr-Didact after the events ofHalo 4 andHalo: Escalation which culminated in hiscomposition at the hands ofJohn-117. What's more is that the official audiobook forHalo: Epitaph will be narrated by Keith Szarabajka, the voice actor for the Ur-Didact!
- Digsite, a team composed of343 Industries employees and communitymodders, are busy restoringcut content from previousHalo games, such asHalo: Combat Evolved andHalo 2!
