Grade helped Order-In to refresh, improve and update their website, supplying detailed, iterated User Experience studies, strengthened brand positioning, fresh creative and art direction, and finally a solid responsive front end build.
Over time Grade worked with Order-In to conceptualise and build upon these systems and UX patterns, introducing an Express Order system, redesigning their complex Catering Menu, and enhancing interactions across the board.
Following Grade's involvement, the business was acquired by Rocket Internet in early 2018.
