YEAR-BY-YEAR: 

• 2025:(Edmonton) Dressed in all 18 games for the Elks, recording 54 tackles and six special teams tackles.
• 2024:(Calgary) Williams played all 18 regular-season games, making 17 starts at boundary halfback. He had 60 defensive tackles including two tackles for loss, one interception, one forced fumble and two knockdowns. Williams had four tackles and a knockdown in a Week 4 victory over the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and his fourth-quarter interception in Week 7 helped the Stamps seal a win over the visiting BC Lions. In Week 9 against Toronto, Williams registered the 100th defensive tackle of his career.
• 2023:(Calgary) Williams started all 18 regular-season games for the Stampeders with 12 of the starts coming at boundary half, five at field half and one at field corner. He recorded 45 defensive tackles including four tackles for loss, four special-teams stops, one sack, two forced fumbles, two interceptions and eight knockdowns. Williams had a total of 61 yards on his interceptions, which came in Week 12 at Toronto and in Week 20 at BC. He had a season-high seven tackles in a Week 19 victory over Saskatchewan and he had four defensive tackles, one special-teams stop, one sack and one forced fumble against Edmonton in the Labour Day Classic. Williams was a starter in the Western Semi-Final and made a pair of tackles.
• 2022:(Calgary) Williams played 11 regular-season games and made starts at three different positions in the secondary – seven at SAM, two at field halfback and two at boundary half. He recorded 29 tackles including one tackle for loss and had two knockdowns. Williams had a pair of four-tackle games – against Montreal in Week 1 and against Toronto in Week 11. He was placed on the six-game injury list in Week 2 and also spent one game on the practice roster. Williams started the Western Semi-Final at the SAM position and had one tackle.
• 2021:(Calgary) After starting the season on the practice roster, Williams made his CFL debut in Week 7 in Hamilton and started at cornerback. He played one game and recorded two tackles.
