This project presents the results of an analytic process composed by a sentiment and correlation analyses. The process was executed on two datasets created using public data from customer reviews and financial performance available on Internet.
The analyses were realized using R as programming language, scraping techniques to collect public data, the Kendall Tau test, n-gram models, and sentiment dictionaries.
