O zip contem um binário auto extraível, após baixar, extraia, e então execute o auto-extraível, siga as instruções;

Você não precisa de acesso administrativo, descompacte onde quiser, mas evite um Path com nomes longos, embora exista um tratamento para esse fim, você poderia encontrar alguma incompatibilidade ainda não mapeada.

The zip contains a self-extracting binary, after downloading, extract, and then run the self-extracting, follow the instructions;

You do not need administrative access, unzip wherever you want, but avoid a Path with long names, although there is a treatment for that purpose, you could find some incompatibility not yet mapped.
