If you're wondering how to build a ROM using this device tree without thinking too much, consider usingRova Builder which already contains all needed manifests and proper settings. It comes with a fully containerized and intuitive TUI (terminal user interface) tool that I wrote to reduce as much as possible machine-depended failures and missing dependencies when building.
