The chat should include the following features:

Queue Chat

• A chat for the different queues
• There should be a global chat for each region
• Completely global chat?
• Another chat for each region and gamemode?

Pickup Chat

• Having chats only for pickups should be possible. This chat is only for players who are currently inside the pickup.
• Admins should be able to see the chat and should be able to get mentioned by a player.

Online users

• A chat has a list of online users.
  • Queue Chat: The online players for the region the current user is logged in
  • Pickup Chat: The list of players + admins

Mentions

• Support suggestion people when user types@ from the online users
• The mentioned user should get a notification
• Should highlight a chat when a user was mentioned.
• The mentioned user should be clickable and redirect to the user's profile
• The mention should be rendered as it will be in the actual chat in the Input

Emoji

• It should have an emoji picker
• It should suggest emojis when the user types: in the chat
• Render the actual emoji image in the input bar instead of the name
