TF2Pickup should be able to run in a local environment (LAN).
Following things will be required:

• Manage the local servers
• Be reachable only from local

Things that would be a bonus:

• Start servers when needed (will need this sort of)
• Sync data with live-version - Mainly the ELO-Ratings of players need to be synced, but matchhistory etc. would be nice too
