notOpenToonz is 2D animation software and services based on previous work published byDWANGO. It is based onToonz StudioGhibli Version, originally developed in Italy byDigital Video, Inc., and customized byStudio Ghibli over many years of production.

nOT does not need to be installed although there may be some benefits to doing so.For those that wish to install a similar program... recommend installing OpenToonz from the latest installer athttps://opentoonz.github.io/e/index.html.

Older versions and unstable nightly build are also available athttps://github.com/opentoonz/opentoonz/releases.

• Community is largely Peer to Peer and in real time via Beaker browser, Discord and the nOT application itself which can update largely on the fly.

• Files outside of thethirdparty andstuff/library/mypaint brushes directories are based on the Modified BSD License.
