This is a simple getting to blinky project in chisel. It is an attempt at collecting in one place all the requirements to get the code running on the device.

1. Build the scala project usingsbt "run"
2. Build the quartus project usingde0/scripts/compile.bat
3. Flash the device usingde0/scripts/program.bat
